From the Twitter account of the editor of the Nanatsu no Taizai manga, created by Nakaba Suzuki, some color images of volume 40 have been revealed, in which you can see some Suzuki notes indicating that the series will end with volume 41.

Volume 40, which will go on sale on February 17th, ended with chapter 337 and the manga is currently in volume 41, so the series has approximately 5 more chapters to go.
Previously, Suzuki had mentioned in an interview that it had plans to end its manga with volume 40.
