Chapter 200: The girlfriend and paradise - Part 13
Continuing with the events of the last chapter, Ruka is surprised at
Mami's sudden proposal, so, concerned, she asks her, "What do you mean
by that...?"
As the seconds pass, Mami remains silent, but then says, "I asked you if
you want to be his real girlfriend...".
Hearing that, Ruka is speechless, as Mami tells her that she really
doesn't care if she keeps pretending to be Kazuya's girlfriend, as
eventually everyone will realize the truth.
Angrily, Ruka exclaims that she doesn't know what the hell she's talking
about and that she shouldn't meddle in matters that don't concern her.
Despite Ruka being hostile, Mami remains calm and, after a few seconds,
asks, "What do you think about this situation...?"
"Huh!? What situation are you referring to?"
At that moment, Mami looks at Kazuya, Chizuru, Kibe and Kuribayashi, who
are having fun in the pool, and says that at first glance they look
like good friends, where one of them has a girlfriend who is incredibly
beautiful and, moreover, the groom's grandmother is very happy about
their relationship.
Suddenly, Mami's look changes and she says that it's already been a year and a half since Kazuya and Chizuru started their fake relationship, deceiving everyone around them. She also comments that when they both end that farce, what will Kazuya say? Maybe something like "Thank you for your hard work".
Hearing all that, Ruka falls silent, while Mami tells her that she just
wanted to know her opinion and that, if she finds it hard to give her an
answer, then she can forget it.
Then Mami gets back into the pool and with a smile tells Ruka to forget
everything she said.
As Mami walks away, Ruka plucks up her courage and asks her if she is
going to tell Grandma Nagomi the truth. And upon hearing that, Mami
stops and looks at her coldly, then flashes a fake smile and replies
that she doesn't know yet; however, she then asks her what she would do
when that time comes.
They both stare at each other and then Mami walks away with a smile,
leaving Ruka in thought.
After that, Ruka and Chizuru meet in the locker room. And once Ruka
finishes changing, she remembers what Mami told her, so, worried, she
tells herself that she should keep an eye on the situation for now.
Suddenly, Ruka notices that Chizuru is having trouble taking off her
bra, so she decides to help her. And after a brief moment, Ruka realizes
that someone else helped Chizuru put on her bra.

I think a lot of people got their hopes up the Ch 200 would mark the confession or the truth telling but it appears Reiji if you didn't already realise, is telling the story in his own way and in his own good time. Mami despite being the antagonist is leading the way in trying to get the players to be truthful to themselves. But this is probably because she realised she too was at one point not honest with herself and others.
